Exclusive Consulting

The principal of GDGC, Dr. Graham R. Davies, has conducted exclusive or proprietory consulting projects for many companies in western and eastern Canada, and also in the U.S., Australia, Jordan, west Africa, and other areas. Although his speciality is in carbonate reservoirs and associated facies, he has conducted many projects on sandstone reservoirs, particularly with a reservoir quality (petrographic) component.

Through his consulting career, beginning with AGAT Consultants in 1977 and continuing with GDGC, Graham has authored or coauthored over 600 proprietory consulting reports covering nearly every stratigraphic level and productive formation in western Canada, as well as some of the initial reservoir quality reports on the eastern-offshore Hibernia reservoirs. His current special interests are in the Triassic (clastics and carbonates) of western Canada, and hydrothermal dolomite reservoirs.
